Jolicia resides in King George with her family, and her commitment to education is evident as her children attend public school. Outside of her campaign, she actively engages in her local community as a member of The Ralphe Bunche Art and Humanity Center, the KG NAACP, and the KG Democratic Committee. Through her involvement in these organizations, she strives to make positive changes and improve the lives of her fellow residents.

Broadband access in rural Northern Neck, the critical replacement of the Robert O. Norris Bridge, the promotion of renewable energy to reduce costs for consumers, and the facilitation of affordable healthcare are some of the key areas she emphasizes. These priorities reflect her dedication to making tangible improvements that directly impact the lives of Virginians.

As Jolicia takes her candidacy for the 25th State Senate seat, her comprehensive background, community involvement, and commitment to addressing pressing issues shine through. With her vision for a better and more inclusive future, Jolicia is poised to be a strong advocate for her constituents.
